Spotify for Brand's Season 2 Narrative focused on Understanding People Through Music, which is Spotify's unique and award winning approach to people-based marketing. The narrative went on to gain much attention and buzz at Cannes Lions 2017, with Digiday even proclaiming that Spotify was the clear winner of the summer festivities of innovation and creativity. Following UPTM’s success, the brand furthered the study with an interactive digital experience that took a deep dive into Millennials listening behaviors: Understanding People Through Music - Millennial Edition.
